Investigation is key to our structural approach and we employ the latest technologies to deliver settlement analysis, piled foundations, retaining walls, raft, concrete reinforced ground beams and deep/water retaining basement works.
We conduct careful and detailed inspections of all works undertaken in accordance to conservation and preservation laws. We pay particular attention to control of damp, corrosion, condensation, drainage and fire hazards/precautions. Our aim is always to strengthen existing structures while also implementing the preparation work for future remedial work.
